GSW Meetings

The Board of Directors meet at least four times per year. A general membership meeting is held at least once per year. Additional meetings may be held should the need arise.

Typically meetings are held via zoom and current members are notified via email.

• Introduction of all attendees
• Brief review of recent activities and upcoming GSW events
• Question and answer period

Ideas for agenda items / speakers for the meetings are always welcome.

All Active GSW members receive notice by email, and scheduled meetings are noticed in the Events schedule.

Membership Dues

Annual memberships start at $25 per year, three years for $70.00. 

Membership in GSW runs from April 1 to March 31 of the following year. 

• All paid memberships as of March 31, 2023, expire as originally scheduled. 
• New and renewal 1-year memberships arriving between April 1 and September 30 of any year including 2023, expire on the following March 31. 
• New and renewal 1-year memberships arriving between October 1 and March 31 of any year expire on March 31 in the second year following membership or renewal date. 
• New and renewal 3-year memberships add two years to this schedule.
